Definitely, Maybe....

I don't know how many of you have seen the movie "Definitely, Maybe", but there's one scene in particular that I think sums up what I want out of a relationship at this point in my life. While some chicks have aspirations of their groupie love paying off so they don't ever have to work again, I can't imagine being 22 and just sitting around doing nothing but traveling and waking up a noon just to primp and pamper myself. Strange right? I want to accomplish things...I want to DO.

Let me setup the scene. Will and Summer, who were a couple at the time, are sitting on the couch facing one another in their living room. They are both on their laptops working hard on a nice sunny weekend when all of a sudden they catch eye contact and then disregard the work they were doing and start making out.

That whole setup is definitely appealing because they both work hard and know how to make the best of it. Almost like having your cake and eating it too...

What is your ideal situation? Would you be willing to give it all up for "the one"?

My ideal situation would be to be w/ someone who is as goal oriented and driven as myself. I'd want someone who is my biggest cheerleader as I am theres. I'd like that balance though, where he'd remind me that 'all work and no play' makes mzinspiredmind a very dull girl! :) I could never give it all up for someone. I have to many things I want to happen for my life.

a person that's really down for you wouldn't think about letting you give up anything for them. It's about improvement and make a person better not changing them.
