In an ideal world we would all probably be in healthy, loving relationships while at the same time chasing after our dreams. Is this realistic? In our 20's we are all trying to find a way to "make it" and set ourselves up to have a prosperous and successful future. This alone is a feat that sometimes seems impossible and I find myself saying that there aren't enough hours in the day to even attempt to accomplish this. So, if there isn't enough time in the day to have "me" time and take over the world, where does a relationship come in at?

How do you find the balance between life and relationships?

I think I do a pretty good job in balancing my life, career and marriage. Its hard but I really take the time at the end of the day to do small things that say I love you. If I have to miss social function because we haven't seen each other more than 30 minutes a day then I'd rather hear my friends bitch and moan then sit down with a divorce lawyer.
In my field there were few women that did what I did and were married or in relationships, and Kids that was a HUGE NO. And after the first 5 years I decided that I wanted the life outside the office and I set my mind to it, but none of it would have been possible if I didnt have a partner in my husband. who took the back seat for a while.
